Frontier has appointed new members to its consultancy team, including a Senior Consultant, specialising in debt and currency.
Asset consultant Frontier has appointed Jill Guan as Senior Consultant, specialising in debt and currency.
Guan joined the firm from Citibank Australia, where she was Assistant Vice President for Corporate Banking. She also worked as a multinationals and global banking analyst for HSBC and in a portfolio management role for ANZ.
In 2017, Guan was seconded to Shanghai as a Credit Analyst with Citibank.
In addition, Frontier has appointed two associates. Jenny Li joined from Morningstar Investment Management, where she was an associate investment analyst. Li also worked as a paraplanner at Unisuper.
Li is joined in the consulting ranks by Sorin Zota, who came from Mercer, where he was an investment consulting analyst. Zota also worked as a client capital analyst at LaSalle Investment Management.

“Our business is growing, both in terms of new clients we have the privilege to work with, but also in terms of the depth and range of services clients are seeking from us, and which we are proactively developing”, Andrew Polson, Chief Executive Officer of Frontier said.
Frontier also added staff in its technology and business development team, bringing the total number of new recruits to eight.

In addition, the firm is currently hiring senior consulting and research roles across investment governance, responsible investing and alternatives and derivatives disciplines.
