Gavin Pearce, Chief Risk Officer at icare, has worked in both the public and private sector, in life insurance and general insurance. During this luncheon, hosted by PIMCO, he shared some of his experiences with attendees and laid out his thoughts on how Enterprise Risk Management works in both public and private sectors.
