As part of the [i3] Property Forum 2023, we hosted a site visit to 555 Collins Street in Melbourne, in partnership with Charter Hall.
Currently still in active development, 555 Collins Street is a new kind of workplace created for the next generation.
Designed from the inside out, each aspect of the precinct has been shaped with human centric philosophies. This has created a new work life destination that truly responds to the needs of its people and the diverse ways they work and live.
Rising above Melbourne CBD’s prestigious Collins Street, the precinct offers 84,000 sqm of new Premium Grade office space and 2,300 sqm of retail across two stages.
